Lyndsey Ratcliffe

Lyndsey Ratcliffe is a Regional Client Services Director, responsible for leading our business across Richmond, Guildford and Weybridge. She brings strong commercial leadership to the region, alongside an established understanding of how clients use legal services and the opportunities, priorities and challenges that shape their requirements.

Her focus is on our clients, understanding what matters to them and ensuring they benefit from the breadth of expertise and opportunity available across our business. Lyndsey brings together people from across our legal specialisms and locations, connecting clients with the right expertise as their needs develop and drawing on the strength of our national network.

Having spent 15 years working closely with General Counsel and Heads of Legal, Lyndsey has a particularly strong understanding of the demands facing modern legal functions and the relationship between clients and their external advisers. Her experience gives her a commercially informed perspective on how legal support can be delivered effectively, combining the right expertise with technology, innovation and efficient ways of working.

Leading across Richmond, Guildford and Weybridge gives Lyndsey a broad perspective on the businesses, individuals and communities across the region. She uses that understanding to build relationships, identify opportunities and make valuable connections for clients, whether through our own expertise or by introducing people who may benefit from knowing one another.

Lyndsey is closely connected to the professional and wider communities across the region, developing relationships with businesses, individuals, advisers and organisations.
