Matt is a Client Services Director.
Matthew Robinson is a Client Services Director, responsible for leading our business in Wilmslow. His focus is on our clients and relationships across Wilmslow and the wider Cheshire East region, combining a strong understanding of the local community with access to expertise across our national network.
Matthew works closely with clients to understand what matters to them and the support they need. By bringing together expertise from across our business, he helps ensure clients have access to the right people and advice as their needs develop, whether locally or elsewhere across the country.
His knowledge of the region and the relationships he has developed also enable him to make valuable connections for clients, drawing on both our local relationships and wider national network.
Matthew is an active part of Wilmslow’s professional and wider community, developing relationships with businesses, individuals, advisers and organisations across the region and strengthening the connections that enable us to support clients both locally and nationally.
Matthew is an experienced Commercial Real Estate lawyer, advising investors, developers, landlords, occupiers and major businesses across the property lifecycle. His work includes acquisitions and disposals, funding, development and redevelopment projects, and commercial landlord and tenant matters.
He has particular experience in strategic development projects and complex transactions involving funding and partnering arrangements, helping clients bring together the property, development and commercial elements needed to deliver their plans.
