Matthew has experience in advising on a broad range of employment law matters, acting primarily for employers across a variety of sectors.
His work involves providing advice on day-to-day HR issues, assisting businesses with complex employee relations matters, defending claims brought in the Employment Tribunal, and supporting employers through organisational change and workforce projects.
Matthew also has experience in advising on negotiated exits and settlement agreements, acting for both employers and employees. This includes drafting settlement documentation, advising on the legal and practical implications of proposed terms, and negotiating favourable outcomes to resolve workplace disputes efficiently and cost-effectively.
