Meri Seiranian

Meri advises on a broad range of corporate transactions and business matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, company reorganisations and corporate governance. She works with clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, from incorporation and investment through to acquisitions, restructurings and exit transactions.

Her experience includes advising on share and asset acquisitions and disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, group reorganisations and demergers. She also supports clients on shareholder agreements, equity structuring, board advisory matters, and ongoing company secretarial and compliance requirements.

Meri works with businesses of all sizes, from owner-managed businesses and growth companies to established corporate groups, as well as management teams and private investors across a range of sectors. She understands that corporate transactions often represent significant milestones and is focused on delivering practical, commercially driven advice that supports clients’ strategic objectives and long-term ambitions.

• Acting for the buyer in the proposed acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Lansbury Worthington Ltd.
• Assisting Axion Shows and Conferences Limited on matters relating to corporate governance (including incorporation of the company and subsequent share allotments).
• Assisting with the incorporation of Vantus Group LLP.
• Assisting Carbonxgen Limited and its group company with succession planning and company reorganisation following death of a shareholder.
