Milena specialises in commercial matters, with particular expertise in sale, supply, agency, distribution, supply chain, services and consultancy agreements; partnerships, collaboration arrangements, and alliances; franchising, management, concessions and outsourcing arrangements; and development agreements, IT agreements, data protection, and procurement solutions.
With experience in B2B and consumer laws and cross-border trading, Milena works with clients of all sizes on a local, national and international basis – ranging from small businesses to large global organisations across the franchising, retail, sports, hospitality and leisure, and manufacturing sectors (including some of the world’s largest hotel, leisure and food brands).
