Naren has long-standing expertise in the healthcare real estate sector.
His primary care experience includes advising numerous General Practitioner (GP) and dental practices on their property transactions. He has also advised a variety of prominent care home groups on the acquisition, financing, and disposal of care homes and specialised healthcare facilities.
In addition to private healthcare, Naren also has public sector experience, having acted for two regional NHS trusts on various complex aspects of their operational real estate portfolios, ensuring compliance with evolving public sector property guidelines.
Naren also has expertise in the UK energy sector. For several years, he led a specialised real estate team acting for a large electricity network operator, providing critical property support for the acquisition of vital easements, statutory rights, and electricity substation sites. Their work included actively involvement in some of the pioneering battery storage projects introduced in the UK. Naren has continued to develop his practice, and has recently advised on a number of large-scale, high-value battery storage and renewable energy infrastructure projects, supporting the transition to a more flexible, low-carbon grid.

- Representing a national logistics operator on the acquisition of a substantial, distribution hub located adjacent to a national arterial transport route.
