Natalie is an Employment Associate.
Natalie provides employment law and HR advice to both employers and employees. She advises on a broad range of workplace issues, supporting individuals, businesses and HR teams.
She also has extensive experience representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, handling claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, whistleblowing, and other complex employment disputes.
Alongside her contentious work, Natalie advises on a wide range of non-contentious employment matters. She regularly drafts and reviews employment contracts, updates workplace policies and procedures, prepares staff handbooks, and delivers training to managers and HR professionals. Her advice helps organisations remain compliant, manage risk effectively and encourage positive workplace cultures.
Having acted for both claimants and respondents throughout her career, Natalie brings a balanced and comprehensive perspective to employment law matters.
