Natalie is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive with more than 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing, acting for individuals as well as major and niche developers at both national and regional levels.

She is experienced in handling high volumes of work and meeting developer deadlines to support year-end and half-year targets.

Natalie acts on large and small residential developments, handling the full process from offer acceptance through to legal completion and post-completion.

She has extensive experience dealing with freehold, leasehold, shared ownership and unregistered titles, alongside acting for developers in new-build conveyancing, as well as in the acquisition and disposal of part-exchange and chain-breaker properties, often dealing with complex titles and cases.

Natalie understands the pressures faced by their developer clients in the current economic climate, with a clear focus on supporting them in achieving their sales targets.
