Nigel is Group Technology Director, responsible for Technology and Records across our business. His focus is on providing secure, reliable and well-integrated technology and information services that enable colleagues to work efficiently and support the high professional standards our clients expect.
Nigel leads the continued development of our technology environment, balancing resilience and security with accessibility, pace and the evolving requirements of our national business. His remit also includes Records and archiving, ensuring information is managed securely and remains accessible to those who need it.
Working closely with colleagues across Business Services and Client Services, Nigel maintains a connected approach to Technology and information management that enables people to work effectively across the business.
