Nishtha specialises in non-contentious commercial real estate transactions, with particular expertise in the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold properties, commercial landlord and tenant transactions, portfolio management and asset strategy, the real estate aspects of corporate deals, and secured lending.

Her practice spans the full commercial real estate lifecycle, encompassing strategic acquisitions and disposals (including option agreements and conditional contracts); drafting and negotiating landlord and tenant documentation (including commercial leases, lease renewals, rent deposit deeds, and various management licenses to assign, alter, or underlet); and undertaking thorough due diligence (including title investigations, conveyancing searches, and Commercial Property Standard Enquiries).
