Rachel is a Family Solicitor.
Rachel has experience across a range of family law matters, including divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements, domestic abuse, injunction applications, cohabitation disputes, and pre-and post-nuptial agreements and change of name deeds.
She assists clients on different matters including applications for Specific Issue Orders, Child Arrangement Orders and Prohibited Steps Orders. Rachel has also assisted clients in divorce and financial matters.
Examples of Rachel’s work include:
- Assisting clients on a Specific Issue Application in relation to a relocation of children.
- Assisting a client with negotiations in relation to financial settlements, during Court proceedings and in an out-of-court settlement on divorce.
- Assisting with TOLATA claims for co-habiting couples.
- Assisting with an appeal in relation to Child Arrangement issues, and ongoing contact with children.
- Drafting Change of Name Deeds.
