Ryan advises on a broad range of complex corporate transactions, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, corporate finance, banking arrangements, group reorganisations and corporate governance matters.
He regularly acts on high-value and strategically important transactions, supporting clients through all stages of the deal lifecycle.
Ryan works with high-net-worth individuals, management teams, owner-managed businesses, corporates and private equity funds across a wide range of sectors.
He advises UK-based clients, as well as those with international operations, providing guidance on both domestic and cross-border transactions.
