Samantha has experience in all aspects of relationship breakdown – both for married and unmarried couples.

She works with high-net-worth individuals with business interests, and clients navigating complex financial settlements.

She regularly advises clients in relation to pensions to include both public and private sector schemes.

Samantha also advises on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and can support on protecting clients’ position and assets prior to, or during, relationships in the event of a future breakdown.

She has experience of representing clients in childrens proceedings, including complex cases in the High Court and Court of Appeal, and has also represented and secured emergency orders in domestic abuse case, alongside representing clients in finding-of-fact hearings.
