Sarah-Louise is a Residential Property Partner.
With more than 20 years’ experience in residential conveyancing and particular experience in the Essex property, Sarah advises across all aspects of residential property spanning freehold, leasehold, and builds.
She works with developers, high-net-worth individuals, housing associations, and first-time buyers across a range of matters including shared ownership transitions, title investigation and risk assessment, and re-mortgaging.
Her specialisms include leasehold and freehold sale and purchase, high-value and prime residential transactions, new build purchases, buy-to-let portfolio acquisitions and disposals, auction property transactions, re-mortgages and refinancing, transfers of equity, residential development plot sales, title review and title defect resolution, unregistered land transactions, rural and country house purchases and sales, gifting property and intra-family transfers, and ross-border and non-UK resident residential acquisitions.
Examples of Sarah’s work include:
- Advising on the Intercompany transfer (sale) of eight properties with buy-to-let mortgage finance.
- Overseeing the sale of a country estate made up of three titles, which included two transfers of part of main house and stables.
- Supporting the refinancing of four properties and managed land on a development of 13 properties.
- Acting on the transfer of three unregistered titles.
- Advising on multiple sale and purchase transactions for a client’s property portfolio, including a new-build purchase with holiday let finance.
