Bio

Sean is an Insurance Litigation Partner.

Sean specialises in defending complex, high volume and high exposure claims for major organisations operating in safety critical, public facing and labour intensive sectors.

With particular expertise in employers’ liability and public liability claims, fleet related incidents and, industrial disease matters, Sean manages and defends claims arising from workplace incidents, public interaction, road traffic collisions and long tail exposure.

His work includes reviewing CCTV, tachograph data, dashcam footage, risk assessments, training records and historic operational documentation to build clear, defensible positions. He also handles sensitive and serious incidents requiring structured investigation and decisive strategic direction.

  • Defending employer and public claims involving slips and trips, kitchen, and back-of-house operations, manual handling, maintenance activity and customer interaction.
  • Handling disease-related allegations involving noise exposure, respiratory conditions and dermatitis.
