Shahn’s work focuses on supporting developers with promotion agreements – taking responsibility for collating all title documents relating to the land and producing clear, practical reports that explain any agreements, covenants, restrictions and easements affecting each title.

Shahn’s expertise includes advising landlords on the leasing and long-term management of their property, ranging from preparing new leases to reviewing existing ones, ensuring the structure of each lease supports the landlord’s commercial aims and provides clarity around occupation, repair, reinstatement and future use. Matters often involve reviewing historic title documents, resolving gaps in existing rights and preparing updated easements that support both present use and future plans.

He also advises on exclusivity agreements, ensuring clients have the protection they need while negotiations progress.
