Shivy advises clients on a wide range of issues arising from relationship breakdown and family disputes.

She assists clients with divorce and dissolution proceedings, financial remedy matters, arrangements for children, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and urgent court applications, including non-molestation orders and occupation orders.

Her experience includes supporting clients through financial proceedings, advising on sensitive matters concerning children, and assisting individuals who require urgent protection through emergency court applications.

• Assisting a client who had lost access to his children for more than a year following allegations of abuse, successfully taking the case to court and obtaining appropriate contact.
