Sian is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Sian advises on a range of commercial real estate matters including landlord and tenant matters, asset management, both conditional and unconditional disposals and acquisitions and secured lending transactions – working with both businesses and individuals.
Her extensive landlord and tenant experience includes acting on complex and high value transactions, working for both landlord and tenant in the grant of leases and underleases.
Sian has experience in acting on all elements of landlord and tenant asset management including lease surrenders, conditional and unconditional agreements for lease, licences to assign, licences for alterations, licenses to underlet, rent deposit deeds, rent review memorandums and options for tenants to purchase the freehold.
She also has experience in acting on the grant and variation of option agreements – and additionally has experience with acting for SIPPs in connection with their real estate matters.
Examples of Sian’s work include:
- Advising on the grant of a £400,000 per annum lease acting for the tenant.
- Advising on the grant of a £360,000 per annum lease acting for the landlord.
- Advising on the grant of £420,000 per annum lease acting for the landlord.
