Working with developers, contractors, and sub-contractors, Tanveer assists on a range of non-contentious construction matters, specialising in the preparation, review and negotiation of key constructions documents.

His expertise spans consultant appointments, collateral warranties, letters of reliance and letters of intent – ensuring that the documentation meets clients’ requirements, appropriately allocates risk, and supports the successful progression of their projects.

He also assists with bespoke contracts including reviewing and amending contractual provisions to reflect project-specific requirements, and drafting and reviewing collateral warranties provided by the sub-contractor.
