Tracy is a Commercial Real Estate Partner.
Tracy works across commercial real estate and specialises in asset management.
She is experienced in a wide range of landlord and tenant matters from both landlord and tenant perspectives –including lease negotiations, negotiations of complex licences for alterations, break clauses, assignments and title issues.
She also has experience in acquisitions and disposals, including at auction, and commercial development work.
Tracy works with a variety of clients such as institutional landlords with a diverse portfolio, investors, SME business and occupiers, owner-occupiers, and retailers with a large network of premises.
Tracy aims to minimise financial and operational risk for occupiers and ensure that they can operate their business from the premises with as much autonomy as possible with a focus on what is important to them.
Examples of Tracy’s work include:
- Advising on the disposal of a long-leasehold interest in an aggregate recycling facility to an occupying tenant where the buyer was also acquiring the freehold, including drafting a multi-party contract that complied with funding requirements and minimised legal costs.
- Overseeing the sale of investment properties at auction within a tight timescale.
