With more than 15 years of experience, Vandna advises clients across the UK and internationally on a broad range of complex family law matters. She helps clients navigate significant life transitions while protecting their personal and financial interests.
Vandna specialises in all aspects of divorce and separation, with particular expertise in high-net-worth financial settlements involving complex business interests, international assets, jurisdictional disputes and non-matrimonial property. She is regularly instructed to prepare pre and post-nuptial agreements and advises on arrangements for children, particularly where there is an international element.
With experience in advising professional athletes, sports personalities and other high-profile individuals, Vandna understands the unique challenges that can arise from public scrutiny, demanding schedules and sophisticated financial structures.
In addition, Vandna is well placed to advise clients on the cultural and religious aspects of relationship breakdown, providing bespoke guidance on matters such as dowries and Sharia law considerations.
