Bio

Victoria is a Family Partner.

Victoria advises individuals in relation to all aspects of family law, including financial disputes between divorcing couples, financial disputes between unmarried couples, and various financial agreements including pre and post-nuptial agreements and cohabitation agreements.

She also supports on all aspects of devising arrangements for children following divorce and financial arrangements for children of unmarried parents under Schedule 1 of the Children Act 1989.

Victoria supports across all aspects of enforcement where one party has not complied with agreements or Court Orders, and varying Court Orders where circumstances have changed. She also works on Protective Orders where there are issues regarding domestic abuse and the safety of family members including children.

Her clients are high-net-worth individuals – often business owners, land and property portfolio owners, professional people, and sportspeople who have encountered difficulties within their family life.

Victoria represents both husbands and wives dealing with relationship difficulties, often where there are children to consider.

Examples of Victoria’s work include:

  • Acting on a divorce involving a valuable rural estate which involved unusual contribution arguments. The pot was valued at circa £12 million, including 25+ properties including a historic family home.
  • Advising on Children Act cases involving serious allegations of harm including abusive behaviours and issues with addiction.
  • Advising on pre-nuptial agreements seeking to protect pre-acquired and inherited wealth.
