Having worked in the new homes sector for more than 20 years, Waheeda works with many leading developers.
She specialises in new build purchases, helping clients to navigate the complexities and challenges of buying new build properties – from advising on planning documentation, to restrictions and covenants, and buying off-plan.
Waheeda also undertakes all other residential property work, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership, transfer of equity, re-mortgages, equity release, and Islamic finance.
