Zoe is a Commercial Solicitor.
Zoe advises across a range of corporate, commercial, and franchising matters.
She supports both franchisors and franchisees with the legal and commercial aspects of franchise arrangements, with particular expertise advising on franchise resales, assisting with the sale and purchase of franchise networks, reviewing and drafting franchise documentation, undertaking due diligence exercises for both buyers and sellers, and advising on a variety of general franchising matters.
Alongside franchising work, Zoe supports clients across a range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, terms and conditions, and other business contracts; carrying out due diligence for corporate transactions; preparing and negotiating transaction documents; and supporting clients through the various stages of acquisitions, disposals and other corporate transactions.
Examples of Zoe’s work include:
- Acting for franchisors during the resale process.
- Preparing franchise agreements, deed of termination and releases, and sale agreements.
- Negotiating terms between franchisors and franchisees.
- Assisting with due diligence for buyers and sellers in corporate transactions.
