Zoe is a Commercial Real Estate Senior Associate.
Zoe specialises in advising property investors and developers on a variety of property-related matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings and all other forms of commercial property.
Zoe acts for investors, developers, landlords and tenants (ranging from large corporations to smaller independent clients), major national banks and SIPP Providers.
She has acted across several different sectors including retail, offices, industrial and logistics, and leisure and hospitality – working with both individuals and business owners. She has experience in supporting on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
Examples of Zoe’s work include:
- Acting for national retailers, advising on their property portfolio assisting with sales and acquisitions and commercial lettings.
- Acting for national retail landlords assisting on issuing leases to their tenants on business parks and industrial sites.
