Powers of Attorney

Service overview

What we do

Lasting Powers of Attorney allow trusted people to make decisions on your behalf if you are unable to do so. We advise individuals and families on putting appropriate arrangements in place for property and financial affairs, health and welfare, or both.
A carefully prepared Power of Attorney can avoid uncertainty and reduce the need for a more complex Court of Protection application later. It also provides an opportunity to record preferences, instructions and safeguards that reflect how you want decisions to be made.
