Service overview

What we do

Administering an estate involves legal, tax and practical responsibilities at a time when families may also be dealing with bereavement. We advise executors, administrators, trustees and beneficiaries on the orderly collection, valuation and distribution of assets.
Our work includes interpreting the will, identifying beneficiaries, applying for the grant, valuing assets and liabilities, preparing Inheritance Tax returns, settling tax and debts, dealing with property and business interests, and preparing estate accounts.
