Diversity data 2025

Knights encourages all colleagues to participate in an anonymous diversity survey every two years, in line with the SRA’s diversity reporting requirements. Participation in the survey is voluntary.

The data below includes only responses submitted directly by individuals. The 2025 survey was completed by 59% of colleagues across Knights as at 27 June 2025 and therefore does not provide a complete representation of the business.
