Amie is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team, and has experience dealing with a wide variety of matters, including both commercial and property litigation.
She has experience dealing with a broad range of disputes including breach of contract claims, claims for professional negligence, debt recovery including enforcement of judgments, breach of consumer rights, shareholder and partnership disputes, claims for residential possession, landlord and tenant disputes, and breach of restrictive covenants.
Amie regularly deals with cases in the High Court and county courts, and has experience dealing with issues in the First Tier Tribunal (Property Chamber). She has worked on complex cases, including representing 193 clients residing on a plotland chalet site who are seeking a declaration as to their occupation rights following notices to quit from a new freehold owner.
