Luke is a partner in the Corporate team.

He advises on:

  • a range of corporate transactions, including share sales, acquisitions, mergers and demergers;
  • corporate and tax restructuring; and
  • constitutional documents, including company articles of association, shareholders agreements and partnership agreements.

Working across a broad range of sectors, Luke provides proactive, practical advice and assistance to achieve positive results for his clients.

Recent examples of how Luke has supported his clients include:

  • advising on a four-way £100 million merger, creating the UK's largest motor dismantler;
  • sale of an agricultural feed company to the Cargill plc group;
  • sale of multiple commercial laundry operations to Johnson Service Group plc; and
  • advising on the demerger of a telecommunications company.
  • advising on the sale of food manufacturer, Langfords sausages, to Red Sky Food Group;
  • acting for S&S Steelstock in its acquisition of Trident Sections, a specialist supplier of treated steel;
  •  advising on the sale of a national high street retailer to a private equity buyer; and
  • advising certain sellers on the sale of shares in IPEC, a technology company specialising in early detection of electrical equipment failures, to ABB Group.
