Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, has been shortlisted for 4 awards at the upcoming North West Rainmaker Awards.
All 4 awards are in the ‘Small Cap (Up to £15m) Deal of the Year’ category which include the £6.7m investment into Carrs Food Group from BGF, Foresight Group’s £2m investment in Epistem 2 management buy-out, BGF’s £6.4m funding into Miss Group and also the acquisition of Turner Parkinson by Knights plc.
The awards take place on Thursday 20th June at the Hilton Manchester Deansgate.
