Knights has advised Gerry’s in the expansion of its Costa Coffee network from 33 to 57 stores.

Working with Gerry’s Offshore Incorporation Ltd in its acquisition of two new franchise companies namely Coffee Snob and South West Coffee comprising of 24 Costa Coffee stores.  This is in addition to the existing 33 Costa Coffee stores it owns spanning 8 counties bringing the total number of Costa stores operated by Gerry’s to 57, which is one of the largest number owned by a franchise partner.

This is the next exciting chapter in Gerry’s ambitious expansion plans for the UK with its primary objective being to bring all 57 Costa Coffee stores together into a single business entity to maximise use and combined strength.

Led by Fiona Boswell, Partner at Knights, this transaction is the latest in a number of deals in the Franchise and Hospitality sector, a sector in which Knights’ reputation continues to grow.
