Knights, one of the UK's fastest growing legal and professional services businesses, announces that it has continued to recruit talented Partners across a number of its office locations in recent months, expanding the Group’s expertise and presence in its key markets outside of London.
Since the beginning of March, Knights has recruited nearly 30 high calibre Partners into its thirteen office locations. A significant proportion of these new recruits join Knights from Top 50 law firms, having been attracted to Knights due to its unique culture and business model, which offers energetic and commercially minded professionals outstanding opportunities to flourish in their careers.
The recruitment of these Partners is the latest investment Knights has made in its future growth ambitions, further strengthening the Group’s depth and breadth of expertise across its core service areas and geographies and providing greater capacity to deliver a broader range of high-quality, good value services to its clients.
Recent investment in new high quality and modern office premises in Birmingham, Leeds, Nottingham and York has supported Knights’ organic growth strategy and expansion in its key regional markets for legal services, as it continues to scale its presence across the UK.
The Group has made significant progress in achieving its ambition to become the leading legal and professional services business outside London since listing on the Stock Exchange in June 2018. Since listing, the Group has more than tripled its number of professionals to over 1,150, has more than doubled its number of offices to 13 and has been included in the FTSE 50 AIM Index.
Tim Bates, Recruitment Director at Knights commented:
“Acquiring the right talent is critical to the success and growth of Knights and we are delighted to announce that we have recruited nearly 30 top quality lateral partners within the last five months. Since the start of lockdown our unique corporate model and culture has resonated with highly talented, relationship-holding Partners across the UK and we are encouraged by our talent pipeline which shows this trend is continuing.”
