On 31st March 2021 Knights agreed to acquire the business and assets of housing law services LLP, a niche law firm providing dedicated legal advice and practical support to registered providers of social housing, local authorities and arm’s length management organisations based in East Sussex.

The addition of the housing law services team will further extend Knights’ presence in the housing sector and will bring an additional seven fee earners to bolster its existing Housing and Regeneration team.

The team brings c.35 housing association and local authority clients based across the country with an emphasis on the South East. Completion will take place on 23 April 2021 when the business and assets of housing law services will formally transfer to Knights.
