Knights is today delighted to announce the completion of its acquisition of the business and assets of housing law services LLP and welcomes its new colleagues who will extend the Group’s presence in the housing sector.
The addition of the housing law services team bolsters Knights’ existing Housing & Regeneration team to 60+ professionals providing legal and professional support as well as understanding opportunities and challenges faced by housing associations, local authorities, AMLOs, house-builders and landowners.
With the arrival of new colleagues, the team will be able to provide enhanced legal advice and practical support to registered providers of social housing, local authorities and arm’s length management organisations based in the South East.
Knights will now act for 100+ registered providers across the country which include Jigsaw, L&Q, Regenda, BHT Sussex, Southdown Housing, Sussex Housing & Care and Your Housing, with the addition of the housing law services team providing an enhanced platform to grow its offering within the housing sector.
