Knights’ Corporate team has supported the shareholders of Musketeer Services Limited, a provider of water hygiene, treatment and compliance services, following its acquisition by Marlowe plc.

The Surrey based business was acquired by Marlowe, a UK leader in business critical services and software, for £3.75 million. Founded in 1996, Musketeer currently employs approximately 40 staff.

Marlowe provides services to over 15% of Britain’s commercial premises and is increasingly attractive to customers who require a single outsourced, nationwide, provider of a comprehensive range of regulated compliance and safety services.

The acquisition of Musketeer Services will help provide attractive synergies with WCS Group, Marlowe’s water and air hygiene platform.
