Knights’ Corporate team has advised Silverwood Brands plc on its acquisition of NBY London limited for up to £10 million.

NBY London Limited trades internationally as Nailberry – a premium nail product brand using a healthy and breathable formula known as L'Oxygéné.

Nailberry has built a reputation for using toxic-free, cruelty-free, vegan and halal formulas to care for its customers’ nails.

The brand was founded in 2013 by Sonia Hully, who will continue to lead Nailberry as its executive director.

Led by Ben Davis, Knights’ Corporate team advised Silverwood Brands plc on the acquisition, which is the latest addition to its diverse portfolio of brands and businesses across the food, organic food, wellness, lifestyle and leisure sectors.
