Knights plc, one of the fastest growing legal and professional services businesses in the UK, continues its organic growth and recruitment momentum with the appointment of five high calibre Partners and a Senior Associate in recent weeks, across a number of its offices.

Enhancing Knights’ corporate offering, James Maynard and Gareth John join as Partners in the Midlands. James brings a wealth of expertise supporting a wide range of businesses from owner managed to public companies. Gareth, who moves to Knights from another Top 50 law firm, has over 30 years’ experience delivering support across the full spectrum of Corporate and M&A advisory to both international and domestic companies.

With significant expertise in the retail and consumer sector, Rebecca Moore is the third partner recently to bolster Knights’ Manchester office.

Ben Denton joins as a Partner in Knights’ Oxford office, strengthening its Construction team. Ben has spent the last 18 months working in-house at an internationally renowned University, specialising in large scale construction projects.

Expanding Knights’ premium residential property offering in the South West, Julia Suarez joins as a Partner in Exeter, focusing on property transactions for high net worth clients.

Following the successful launch of its tax advisory offering last year, Eve Williams joins the team as a Senior Associate, specialising in the tax implications of property transactions.

The recruitment of these colleagues further strengthens the Group’s depth and breadth of expertise across its core service areas and geographies, and marks the latest investment Knights has made in its future growth ambitions.
