One of the North West’s leading dispute lawyers has joined Knights.
Kath Livingston has three decades of experience working with businesses and individuals on disputes across several areas of corporate and commercial law.
She joins Knights as a Partner in Manchester as the business gets ready for further growth.
Kath is a highly skilled business disputes lawyer with extensive litigation experience conducting complex claims and defences in the High Court, resolving commercial disputes outside of Court and acting in an advisory capacity in relation to complicated and high-stakes problems and situations.
She works with a wide range of clients including large/listed and smaller to medium sized corporates, charities and education establishments.
