A leading Residential Property Partner has joined Knights as the business continues its growth in Brighton.

Partner Sally Peake brings more than 25 years’ experience advising high net worth individuals and investors on complex, high value residential and commercial property transactions.

Having worked in Sussex for many years, Sally brings extensive regional knowledge to a rapidly growing national team as Knights gears up for growth across the country.

Partner Sally Peake said:

“I am really pleased to be joining a high-quality business whose driving force is to provide the very best legal services to their clients.”

Sally’s arrival follows Knights’ move to a flagship office at Edward Street Quarter in Brighton last year.

The move offers huge growth opportunities as Knights prepares to welcome ambitious new hires like Sally to the business – having also welcomed five new Partners in the South East in recent months, with more ambitious new hires set to join the business soon.

Client Services Director Richard Wollacott, who leads Knights’ Residential Property team, said:

“Since Associate, Hannah Page started in Brighton just over a year ago offering a premium residential property service to clients in Sussex, we have found that there is an increasingly high demand for a high quality, personal conveyancing service.

“Buyers and sellers who are looking for that next level of service and speed are being recommended to Knights by many agents across the region. Sally is well known for her expertise and her ability to offer exceptional service levels to her clients already, so this is a perfect match as we continue to grow and we are delighted to welcome her on board.”

Sally will work alongside Knights’ 1,500-strong team of colleagues in the largest regional legal and professional services business operating outside London.

With 23 offices nationwide, Knights is ranked within the top 50 UK law firms by revenue – providing multiple services to business clients alongside premium advisory services to private individuals.
