Composites industry specialist Magnum Venus Products Europe has been acquired by the Tricel Group - in a deal supported on both sides by our specialists.
MVP Europe is a leading supplier of specialist equipment and materials to the UK composites industry. After more than 30 years, the business will become part of Tricel Group following the completion of a share sale.
MVP Europe, which is based in Brierley Hill in the West Midlands, worked with advisors at Knights on the sale. Partner Jon Start and Senior Associate Alex Morris leading a team of specialists supported by Mia Drury and employment lawyer Michelle Wooding.
