Knights encourages all of its colleagues to participate in an anonymous diversity survey in line with SRA’s diversity reporting requirements every two years. The survey is non-compulsory.
The data provided below only includes responses directly submitted by individuals. The 2021 survey was completed by 33% of all Knights’ employees as at 21 June 2021 and therefore is not a complete representation of the business.
