Becky is a Partner in the Commercial team.

With over 20 years’ experience, Becky advises on the full spectrum of commercial issues that clients face, acting as an extension of the client’s own team.

Becky’s day to day practice involves advising on commercially and strategically important contracts, including framework agreements, supply contracts, commercial joint ventures and collaborations, facilities management arrangements, agency and distribution agreements, supply chain contracts, outsourcing arrangements, and IT agreements. She also leads on contract review projects and audits, either as a standalone service or as part of the due diligence process in corporate transactions.

Becky acts for private and public companies, from owner-managed businesses to established multinationals and household names.

Recent examples of how Becky has supported clients include:

  • acting as the lead relationship manager and adviser to a specialist fleet outsourcing company on its long-term supply arrangements with multiple major automobile manufacturers;
  • advising a world-renowned ceramics manufacturer on the outsourcing of its UK distribution operations to a specialist logistics company; and
  • advising on a commercial joint venture between an established operator in the UK and overseas entrant to the UK market within in the manufacturing sector.
