Ceri is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team.
Ceri supports clients with their corporate transactions, her work includes mergers and acquisitions, disposals, investments, joint ventures and group re-organisations. She also advises on shareholders’ agreements and articles of association as well as general company law and corporate governance matters.
She works with clients to identify the right solution for them by understanding their objectives and focusing on providing pragmatic commercial advice.
Acting for owner-managers, SMEs, entrepreneurs and private equity investors, her experience spans a broad range of sectors including hospitality and leisure, finance, technology, healthcare, retail and construction.
Examples of how Ceri has supported clients include:
- completing a complex group re-organisation for a healthcare company;
- advising on the disposal of part of the share capital of a pharmaceutical company;
- supporting a finance business in relation to the implementation of a joint share ownership scheme for managers and employees; and
- providing advice and implementation of a succession plan for a family-owned business to allow parents to retire, release capital and maintain an income.
