Danielle is an Associate in the Regulatory team.

With extensive experience in representing clients who face criminal investigations (including interviews under caution) and those who are charged with or convicted of a criminal offence (including hearings both in the Magistrates’ Court and the Crown Court, as well as Appeals against Conviction and Sentence), she provides all round criminal defence support to her clients.

Danielle has experience in dealing with clients who face disciplinary proceedings before a Regulatory body. Specifically, supporting racehorse trainers who face disciplinary proceedings before the horseracing regulatory body.

Additionally, Danielle has experience in Subject Access Requests (SARs - requests for information held by public bodies), as well as applications to the Criminal Records Office for the deletion of information and data held following an investigation for a criminal offence.

Danielle has specialist knowledge of preparing cases concerning either-way and indictable only offences to be tried before a Crown Court which she gained during her training to become a lawyer. Danielle has over 8 years’ of experience in this area.

Danielle works with individual clients which include members of the public, Company Directors and racehorse trainers.

Recent examples of how Danielle has supported clients include:
