Helen is a Senior Associate in the Plot Sales team.
She has over 23 years’ experience working in the Housing & Regeneration/Affordable Housing Sector providing support to registered providers/housing associations. Her work covers open market new build plot sales and site setup; shared ownership new build plot sales and site setup; and section 106 agreements.
Achieving client targets is a priority in the Housing & Regeneration Sector so her focus is on working to tight turnaround times ensuring that clients are provided with regular updates on progress. The nature of the market is fast moving and high volume so her accuracy and organisation skills are welcomed by clients.
Clients include Aspire Housing Limited, Adactus Housing Association Limited and Plus Dane Housing Limited.
Recent examples of how Helen has supported clients include:
- completed on 19 new build outright sales in Monton being 17 houses and 2 cottage flats;
- completed a mixed tenure site of 58 new build plots being 54 outright sales of both apartments/houses and 4 Shared Ownership apartments;
- currently completing on a mixed tenure site in Skelmersdale being 64 outright sales and 32 Shared ownership; and
- various site set ups for properties acquired under s106 Agreements together with the onward sales by Shared Ownership Lease.
