She has experience in dealing with freehold and leasehold commercial property acquisitions along with financing of commercial premises and general landlord and tenant matters.
Nisha advises on a variety of commercial property transactions, including:
- Dealing with renewals of leases along with new acquisitions for well known national retailers.
- Sales, purchases and mortgages of commercial property;
- All aspects of commercial leases including renewals, extensions, surrenders, licences to underlet, licences to assign and licences for alterations;
- Expertise in dealing with secured lending for a number of banks.
