Rebecca is a Solicitor in the Planning team.
Rebecca works with developers, commercial clients and private landowners in various planning matters including advising on planning obligations, highways agreements, rights of way issues and planning objections. She also assists with planning appeals, inquiries, judicial review proceedings and other high court challenges.
Experience in drafting and negotiating with local authorities and third parties in relation to planning obligations, infrastructure agreements and other associated agreements. She also carries out due diligence and investigation into planning history for corporate and residential transactions.
