Recent examples of how Sarah has supported her clients include:

  • advising a business on the wide-reaching, high-value risks of a worker status Employment Tribunal claim and the successful subsequent settlement of the claim;
  • advising on the hive down and subsequent sale of assets and part of a business to a large corporate buyer. This included advice in relation to a successful TUPE consultation and transfer; and
  • successfully supporting a large business with a consultation process to change the terms and conditions of its employees, whilst avoiding any employment tribunal claims.
