Victoria is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution team.
She supports businesses and individuals, both Claimants and Defendants, on a wide range of disputes including contractual disputes, misrepresentation, breaches of confidentiality or restrictive covenants and professional negligence.
In addition, she provides advice on property disputes arising between commercial landlords and tenants, including unopposed lease renewals, break notices and service charge disputes, as well as both commercial and residential possession claims.
Recent examples of how Victoria has supported clients include:
- successfully settling a professional negligence claim at mediation against a firm of solicitors for negligent advice to a company director;
- securing payment on behalf of a horse trainer for substantial unpaid training fees; and
- negotiating settlement of a misrepresentation claim relating to an aborted sale of a pharmacy.
